Please return items with all components and any promotional extras. Remember to drain any fuel or oil from products before returning them. Certain items are excluded from the 30-day unwanted return (including goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements, and used macerators, toilets or water pumps). For items over 1m in length or 2kg in weight, please contact our Customer Services Team for further advice.
Return an item
Please follow the following steps for your return.
Step 1: Email us at email@example.com to let us know you are returning the item.
Step 2: Post the item to the following address:
Blanchardstown Delivery Service Unit, Porters Rd, Coolmine Industrial Estate, Dublin 15
Please include your receipt, name, email address and contact number with the parcel.
Step 3: BOBBY will contact you once your return has been received to make refund/exchange if we cannot contact you at the time we will send you an email you must contact us back within five working days to claim your refund.
Once your refund has been processed please wait 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
- You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- It is advisable that you obtain proof of postage as BOBBY will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 14 days to be returned to our office, unless sent via special delivery.

Unwanted items Under 30 Days
To cancel your order and return items please contact our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure goods are returned unused and in a saleable condition with their original packaging and includes any accessories or items provided free of change or part of a deal/offer.
Faulty Items under 30 Days
To receive a refund for faulty items under 30 days, please contact our Customer Service Team on email@example.com.
Faulty Items over 30 Days
Please check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service or a collect and repair service. If there is no warranty or repair service, please contact our Customer Services Team on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either offer a repair or where this is not possible will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
